“Timeless Luxe” is the design concept for the Harapan Project, expressing style, serenity, and understated elegance. It creates a luxurious experience without relying solely on lavish materials. Simplicity, tranquility, and calm guided the design, which also aims to position the project as an urban jewel in Petaling Jaya, surrounded by low-density developments that ensure unobstructed views from every unit.
The façade draws the eye with a striking podium and a subtle, elegant tower. The grand lobby features a golden Oval Arrival Lobby floating above a reflecting pool, creating a welcoming and memorable entrance. Inspired by the Miyu concept, the project is designed for people at every stage of life, in a location that blends history and modern culture.
All units are oriented to face either north or south. The layout places a spacious living and dining area at the heart of the home, creating a central space for gathering. The dry kitchen, dining, and living areas flow seamlessly together, offering a natural, connected experience, while private rooms are positioned separately to ensure the privacy and seclusion residents desire.
