“Timeless Luxe’ is the design concept for Harapan Project expressing the senses, style and serene elegance, creating luxe yet not confine to luxurious material. Simplicity, tranquility and calm are the key idea to develop the design.
The overall facade design seduces the eye with an eye catching podium and contrasting humble looking tower. A grand double volume foyer is designed with golden Oval Arrival Lobby, surrounded by reflecting pool, floating gently above the pool of water.
All unit is designed to face North or South orientation. The spatial organization exhibits a huge space for living and dining which serves as the heart of the house. Spaces like dry kitchen, dining as well as living space are carefully joined up, promoting a sequential spatial experience leaving the rest of the private room to be separated to provide the much desired seclusion and privacy needed.
