Design inspired by the green nature mountain scene from the site, the low-dense residence is designed to provide the sense of living in nature and feel with the breathing life of nature scenery.
The single residence tower that consists of 344 units is designed by maximizing the units to enjoy the scenic mountain view from the balcony. The building facade is designed in the natural earth tones to merge into the nature of the site. Besides, the recreational facilities is thoughtfully planned to enable direct access from the ground level with a lush landscape to bring the realms of nature to cater to the multi-generations users. The car park podium is directly connected to the residence tower lift lobby, giving the user a direct linkage, safe environment, and peace of mind living to reach home.
