Alstonia is an exclusive 4-acre freehold development nestled on a hilltop in the heart of Bukit Rahman Putra. The development thoughtfully embraces the site’s natural slope, which features two distinct levels. We located the main residential entrance at the higher level, along a quieter and more scenic road, to create a calm and pleasant arrival experience. From this elevated position, the condominium enjoys sweeping views of the surrounding greenery and neighbourhood.
